We meet at a lovely hotel four times a year for a day-and-a-half ‘mastermind’ style meeting with Simon. At that meeting, you’ll hear content from Simon (you’ll hear his current thinking before anyone else), be held accountable, listen to a world-class speaker, network with your peers, set and review quarterly goals, and, if you want to, sit in the hot seat. Between meetings, you can access Simon and Mark 1:1 on WhatsApp, email, and phone as and when YOU need it. You’ll also be involved in a speaker catch-up meeting, community catch-up, benchmarking amongst the group, and get everything that the Bounce! members get too!
The goal is to move your practice toward where you want it to be.
You’ll have to share your numbers, be vulnerable, and expect lots of ACCOUNTABILITY.
You’ll have Simon, Mark, and Michelle in your corner, on your side.
You’ll trust the other members of the group – who’ll all share your determination and drive to be the best they can be.
This is “serious” stuff (with some fun thrown in). It doesn’t matter how big your practice is right now (although most members tend to have at least one employee), but it does matter where you want to be. This is for serious practice owners who are open-minded, have a “coaching mindset”, and are looking to make progress. You’ll be able to ask great questions (we’ll show you how) and won’t turn up looking for confirmation of how great you are.
